Małgorzata leads the Tax Practice at the law firm.
She provides comprehensive tax advisory services to Polish and foreign entities.
She has 16 years of experience in tax advisory, she has supervised and conducted a several dozen projects for companies operating in the real estate, construction, financial, e-commerce, energy and FMCG sectors.
She focuses on transaction advisory (due diligence, developed transaction structures, negotiated contracts for the sale of enterprises or their business units).
She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, share and asset deals. She has been conducted numerous projects from the tax perspective, incl. real estate investments and equity projects. She also has many years of experience in transfer pricing.
She represents clients in numerous tax and administrative court proceedings.
Prior joining act BSWW legal & tax she worked for 9 years in one of the Big Four companies.
She is fluent in English.
Małgorzata graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University. In addition to accounting-related courses, she also finished a course in American law organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University in cooperation with the University of Florida.
