Dominika Michalska

Dominika handles complex civil and commercial litigation matters, as well as criminal cases.

Her areas of expertise also include public procurement law – she consults on public procurement processes, representing contracting authorities and bidders alike. Dominika boasts vast experience when it comes to representing clients before the National Appeals Chamber. She consults on intellectual property rights, especially copyrights, trademarks and unfair competition.

Dominika speaks fluent English and Italian.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed post-graduate studies in International Economic and Business Law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (the Netherlands). Her educational background also includes a 1-year course in Italian and European law, organized by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and the Department of Law at the University of Calabria. She was studying law at Roma Tre University.
