Advising Ideal Idea, on SBM (small business units) warehouses and office investments, within the scope of acquisition and commercialization of a logistics centre. Advised on the acquisition of the real estate, execution of agreement with the General Contractor, the lease process, and subsequently, the sale of A, B and D warehouses and office halls. Currently providing ongoing legal advisory and all legal aspects of the construction of Hall E.
