Michał is praised for his extensive experience in real estate law, spanning construction law, spatial planning and land development, technical requirements for buildings and their location, property management, environmental protection, property expropriation, preservation maintenance and the issues regarding Warsaw lands. He also handles administrative and civil law cases.
He has carried out due diligence audits concerning properties located in over 25 cities, including the major cities in Poland, which covered the analysis of the legal status of lands intended for the construction of large-scale commercial buildings, retail parks, A-class office buildings, warehouses, logistic centres and residential investments.
He works with Buma Group, Adventum International, Echo Investment, YIT Development, HB Reavis, Unidevelopment, ECC Real Estate, P3 Logistic Parks and Strabag, among others.
Michał is fluent in English.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Koźmiński University in Warsaw. He also took a postgraduate course in Legal and Economic Foundations of Investment Process at the Warsaw School of Economics.
