Michał is praised for his extensive experience in real estate law, spanning construction law, spatial planning and land development, technical requirements for buildings and their location, property management, environmental protection, property expropriation, preservation maintenance and the issues regarding Warsaw lands. He also handles administrative and civil law cases.
Michał has participated in due diligence audits concerning properties located in Warsaw and Cracow, which covered the analysis of the legal status of lands intended for the construction of large-scale commercial buildings.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Koźmiński University in Warsaw. He also took a postgraduate course in Legal and Economic Foundations of Investment Process at the Warsaw School of Economics.
