Radosław specializes in civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on transactional and corporate advisory services. He is involved in preparing and reviewing civil law agreements, as well as providing ongoing legal support for commercial companies.
He has participated in M&A transactions, both in the due diligence stage and in preparing and negotiating transaction documentation. His practice also includes representing clients in court disputes, with particular emphasis on commercial matters.
Radosław is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
He is fluent in English.
