PhD Katarzyna Adydan

Katarzyna specializes in issues related to CIT and international tax law. Her experience includes participation in national and international M&A projects and restructuring projects for entities from various industries, including financial institutions, as well as transactional advisory services, particularly involving tax due diligence processes and tax structuring of transactions.

Katarzyna also has experience in providing ongoing tax advisory services to entities from various industries, particularly in the areas of CIT, withholding tax, and compliance with reporting obligations for tax schemes (MDR).

She previously gained experience in one of the “Big Four” firms and in the tax advisory team of a Polish consulting firm.

Katarzyna is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, where she studied law, and a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She completed a course in international tax law (IBFD Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation (APCIT)) organized by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD).
