Aleksandra Witczak

Aleksandra focuses her practice on real estate law, especially purchase and sale transactions. She also advises on construction projects, provides assistance in civil and administrative law, and participates in real estate due diligence processes.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.  During her studies, she completed the Business Law program, gaining in-depth knowledge of running and financing of business operations in the areas of private business law, public business law and financial law.

In 2021, she embarked on post-graduate studies in Restructuring and Insolvency Law (restructuring and liquidation of enterprises) at the Center for Postgraduate Education at Lazarski University in Warsaw.
