Advising the Curtis group on increasing the equity participation by 100% in Curtis Health Caps

Advising the holding company belonging to the Curtis group on the transaction of the purchase from the co-investor of approx. 46% of the shares in the Curtis Health Caps sp. z o.o. company dealing with the production of medicines, medical products, dietary supplements, cosmetics and products for animals in the form of soft capsules, as a result of which the company has become the sole shareholder in the Curtis Health Caps sp. z o.o. company. The law office participated in the preparation of the law-tax structure of the transaction, negotiations, preparation of the documentation related to the canvassing and coordination of international aspects of the transaction by cooperation with foreign law offices.
