The scope of consulting services included advisory within the process of preparation and negotiation of agreements related to the implementation of SAP Business One software for the Client’s capital group.
“Our firm was responsible for verification and negotiation of all agreements related thereto, including the implementation agreement, the license agreement and the service level agreement. The purpose of implementation of the new software is to provide support in managing the Client’s real estate portfolio in Poland.” says Marcin Kroll, partner and team leader.
