Wiktor specializes in capital market law and debt financing projects. He is involved in supporting corporate and business disputes related to a.o. bonds and legal collaterals. He has experience in handling debt financing projects and has advised on behalf of investment funds. He has also expericence with academic publications and conference lectures, related to tax law and state aid law. His expertise include the law of new technologies, particularly in the area of capital and financial markets.
He gained his professional experience working as a consultant for Big Four companies, law firms and tax advisors, where he handled particularly the innovative activities of companies. His experience in this field extends to tax law, state aid law, corporate law, european funds and commercialization of corporate intellectual property.
During his studies, he completed a number of programs dedicated to selected groups of students in the areas of capital market law, corporate law, business law, new technology law, real estate law, energy law and tax law. A regular attendee of numerous conferences, workshops and projects, including those abroad. Active member of student organizations, including ex membership of the national largo board of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Poland, co-author of the association’s strategic goals for 2021-2023.
Fluent in English, graduated from the Center for American Law Studies organized in cooperation with Emory University School of Law and Georgian State University College of Law.
