Her profiessional interests revolve around European Union law, construction law and court proceedings related to investment processes. Katarzyna protects clients’ interests in disputes arising ou of FIDIC Rules, involving infrastructural projects, shopping malls and expressways.
Katarzyna represents clients before arbitration courts, including the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, as well as in reprivatization proceedings before administrative courts. She has recently advised Polimex Mostostal and Strabag Group in cases related to the performance of construction works contracts, and construction and design agreements drafted in accordance with the FIDIC Rules, as well as cooperation with subcontractors, investors and administrative authorities.
She has conducted due diligence investigations of numerous real properties, including ones intended for large retail developments and office buildings. She has also taken part in corporate due diligence analyses of producers of steel structures for civil engineering and other industries.
Katarzyna is fluent in English.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She also completed training courses in European funds: “European Funds for Small Enterprises” and “EU Project Management” (“European Funds Management Academy” module).
