Hanna Szczepańska

Hanna gained professional experience from the first year of her studies by working in leading law firms in Warsaw, where she dealt with ongoing corporate support for business entities. Her previous practice mainly revolved around matters related to business law and capital market law.
Hanna is a fifth-year student at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where she will soon defend her master’s thesis entitled “The Role of the Supervisory Board of a Joint-Stock Company after the entry into force of the Act of February 9, 2022, amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts.” Her thesis focuses, among other things, on the new rules of responsibility for members of supervisory boards.
Hanna is fluent in English.
