Giuseppe La Rosa

He is  featured on the list of attorneys maintained by the Italian Embassy in Warsaw. Giuseppe practices commercial law, civil law, civil procedure law, labor law and bankruptcy law. He also gained valuable experience in the renewable energy sector while working at an international law firm in Milan, advising on the acquisition of photovoltaic plants by Italian and foreign investors.

In Poland, he assists several major local companies that have branches in Italy and need specific assistance in the filed of Italian commercial and civil law, e.g., Maflow BRS and Newag.

He speaks fluent English and upper-intermediate Spanish.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Catania. He has also studied at the University of Utrecht, where he successfully completed courses in European Union law and IT law.
