Arkadiusz Kocel

Arkadiusz specializes in corporate and capital markets law. He provides day-to-day corporate legal advisory services to companies and other entities. He is experienced in comprehensive consulting on debt financing transactions, especially corporate bond issues.

He has gained his professional experience in audit departments of international consulting companies, where he was responsible for auditing financial statements, as well as in a tax advisory department. He has worked with Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed companies.

He speaks fluent English and German.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University; student of Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics.
