Aneta specializes in real estate law, with particular emphasis on office and retail space leases, as well as in real estate transactions.
She represents landlords and tenants alike, providing comprehensive advisory services that cover execution, performance and subsequent renegotiation of lease agreements.
Her experience includes, in particular, advising Polish and foreign developers on drafting lease agreements and their further modifications in line with the Clients’ business objectives, as well as contacts with lessees of office and retail space.
She has several years of experience in providing legal services to business entities, including advisory on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
She is fluent in English and French.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also graduated from the School of British Law organised jointly by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and by Cambridge University.
