Advising New Media Ventures and Paszport Korzyści in the “Paszport Korzyści” project – a new loyalty program for the clients of Cyfrowy Polsat, Polkomtel and Plus Bank. Within the above-mentioned loyalty program the clients of the Plus network, Cyfrowy Polsat platform and Plus Bank and their close ones, may benefit from special offers, discounts on products offered by these companies, they also receive discounts and other benefits from the Program’s Partners. Paszport Korzyści is one of the largest loyalty programs on the Polish market, addressed to the organizers’ clients. BWW Law & Tax took part in works concerning the structuring of the project, including tax aspects connected with the project. Moreover, BWW Law & Tax was co-responsible for, inter alia, negotiating contracts with the partners of Paszport Korzyści, as well as the agreements regarding IT implementations connected with the project.
