act BSWW has assisted one of its Clients in a transaction of construction and acquisition of an Aston 50 superyacht commissioned by a private client, built by Rossinavi shipyard based in Viareggio (Italy). The superyacht has naval architecture from Arrabito Naval Architects, interiors from Lazzarini Pickering Architetti and exterior styling from Enrico Gobbi of Team4Design.
act BSWW legal&tax provided legal services throughout the process of ordering, construction and acquisition of the superyacht, assisting its Client with respect to Italian and English aspects of the transaction.
act BSWW lawyers were responsible for the preparation and execution of the shipbuilding contract, including: (i) advice on contractual documentation regarding purchase of the vessel; (ii) assistance in financing arrangements regarding construction and acquisition of the yacht; and (iii) assistance in delivery of the vessel and closing of the transaction. The project team consisted of the law firm’s partners, Marta Kosiedowska and Marek Wojnar.
