The team of act BSWW legal & tax provided comprehensive legal advice on the conclusion of a sales and purchase agreement between the seller and a company from the Profit Development S.A. Group, which concerned  a real estate located in Warsaw, Ostródzka Street.

The real estate acquisition project was led by Marek Wojnar/ Managing Partner and Marta Kosiedowska/ Partner, supported by Joanna Szymanowska/ Associate.

The audit team conducting due diligence on the property was led by Michal Soltyszewski/ Partner, supported by Joanna Szymanowska/ Lawyer and Anna Sawaryn/ Senior Lawyer.

The property was acquired for a multi-family housing project.

The legal team of act BSWW legal & tax was responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to Archicom S.A. on the acquisition of land in Wroclaw, on Wladyslawa Reymonta Street.

The transaction was led by Mateusz Prokopiuk/ Partner with the support of Aneta Gierzynska/ Senior Lawyer. The project was supervised by Michal Wielhorski/ Managing Partner. The value of the transaction was PLN 72 million. The purchased land will be used for the development of a residential project enriched with retail  area.

Archicom S.A. is a nationwide developer, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The investment in Wroclaw is a continuation of the investment strategy adopted by the company.

The real estate team of act BSWW legal & tax was responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice in the process of negotiating and concluding lease agreements for office, retail and service space located in the “Plac Unii” complex, on Pulawska Street in Warsaw.

At this stage of the project, more than 2,500 sqm of space was put into use with the prospect of introducing further solutions friendly to tenants and the surrounding area.

This modern multifunctional complex consists of three buildings connected by a glass roof with a usable area of approximately 58,000 sqm and 800 parking spaces.

act BSWW legal & tax advises a company controlled by Adventum Group on acquisition of the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw, for almost EUR 70 million

The act BSWW team provided comprehensive advice on both: financing and acquisition of the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw.

Financing part of the deal was led by Marta Kosiedowska (Partner) with support of Mariusz Grochowski (Senior Associate).

The office building has been acquired at a net purchase price of ca. EUR 69.3 million net of VAT. This transaction underscores the company’s commitment to strategic investments that drive growth and enhance profitability, positioning it for continued success in the dynamic real estate market.

Wola Retro is an office building, completed in 2019, located in Warsaw’s Wola district, which was constructed as a result of the adaptation of a pre-war building in cooperation with the conservation officer. The complex offers a total of 25,900 sqm of office space.

Jacek Bieniak among the authors of the 8th edition of the commentary to the Commercial Companies Code

The 8th edition of the commentary to the Commercial Companies Code, published by Wydawnictwo C.H.Beck was released to Polish bookstores at the beginning of April. The new edition takes into account the latest amendments to the Code of Commercial Companies, including changes regarding the Act on Public Offering or the conditions regulating the introduction of financial instruments to the organized trading.

Additionally, the commentary presents an overview of all articles regulating a new type of capital company – simplified joint-stock company (P.S.A.).
