act BSWW was advising Strabag throughout the process of acquisition of Atrium International. The scope of legal services included due diligence audit, preparation of transaction-related documents, as well as support in negotiations and deal closing.

The project team was headed by Marek Wojnar (Managing Partner, attorney-at-law) and Marta Kosiedowska (Partner, legal counsel). They were supported by Katarzyna Marzec (Partner, legal counsel), Magdalena Banasczyk-Głowacka (Partner, legal counsel), Michał Sołtyszewski (Partner, attorney-at-law) and Katarzyna Góra (Associate, trainee attorney-at-law).
